SHIPPING

Our website iroparis.com offers worldwide shipping by partnering with UPS.

During Promotions (Private Sale, Sale ...), processing periods may take up to 72 hours or more.

An e-mail notification with UPS tracking details will be sent once your order has shipped successfully.

Signature is required for all orders. After 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts the package will be returned to us.



Home and pickup delivery is free for orders over Fr 400.

DUTIES

Custom clearance fees may be charged by UPS upon delivery of the order.

RETURNS

Returns are free of charge, with a limit of one return per order.

Upon receipt of your order, you have 14 days to return it.

We do not accept exchanges.

Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unwashed.



Returns procedure


1. Complete the returns form included in your parcel, specifying the items to be returned and the reason for the return.

2. Prepare your package by inserting the return form and affixing the UPS prepaid label.

3. Drop off your package at a UPS drop-off point or arrange for it to be collected from your home. Find out more about this option and the list of UPS outlets at www.ups.com



Return policy


You may return your order up to a limit of one return per order.


- Please ensure that all items are exactly as you received them, with their original tags and safety labels still attached.

- Shoes must be returned in their original box in perfect condition, as we consider it an integral part of the product.

- We prefer items to be returned via the IRO returns service to ensure they are protected and insured in transit. However, you may return items by the carrier of your choice. Be sure to keep a proof of deposit and a shipping number to provide the necessary proof of shipment.

- If your return package is lost, our customer service department reserves the right to open an investigation with the carrier concerned. To do this, you will be asked to provide proof of deposit and a tracking number, which will be essential for opening this investigation.



Refund


Your refund will be made to the credit card used to pay for your order.

If the order is returned in its entirety, the shipping costs will be refunded.

Please note that we will reimburse you within a maximum of 14 working days after receipt of your returned order.

If your credit card is lost or stolen, please contact your bank.



Exchange


IRO does not carry out exchanges. If your order is returned, you will receive a refund.



Defective item


If you receive a faulty item, please take photographs of the fault and contact our customer service department within seven days at [email protected]. Please note that we do not carry out exchanges. If the defect is confirmed, you will have to return your order to us, we will refund you and you will have to place a new order. If your item has been modified, we will not be able to take it back.
